Leveraging on multiple high rank article directories

April 27th, 2010

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

There are many high ranking article directories such as squidoo.com, hubpages.com, ezinearticles.com, usfreead.com and often people don’t seem to know what they should do with these multiple article directories.

Its simple. Just link your articles together.

However, your article must be different from one another. You can’t just simply produce the same article over and over again. Your article will most likely be banned by google if you produce a content that has been duplicated more than 4 times.

So how do i actually link them together?

If you are planning to use 4 article directories, then you can sub divide the content that you are going to produce.

As for me, i use ezinearticles.com as an introduction that is “a little bit hyped” and i would then link it to hubpages.com where most of my content would be located there. Next, i would use squidoo.com to attract visitor to my article in hubpages.com since it has high page rank. Lastly for usfreead.com, i would create a mini summary of what i’m actually promoted and not forgetting link back to hubpages.com

By going so, you are actually leveraging to multiple articles to gain more visitor. Easy but quite trouble tactic to gain traffic.

Overview of the two week course

April 11th, 2010

Hello readers!

There is a quick review of what you would be receiving for the 2 week course that i have successfully developed.

To start off your journey to affiliate marketing, i have introduced a free method for you to earn your first online sale through BUM marketing. BUM marketing is actually promoting products using article directories.

Article directories usually have high page rank and not forgetting high web rank. Page ranking and web rank are two separate term, do take note.

Affiliate marketing is about getting people to buy the product that you’re trying to promote. The free and quick way to leverage on these article directories. However, several techniques need to be applied in order to get your article on the top spot. These would enable you to get traffic from organic searches and the probability of you getting your 1st affiliate sale would be relatively high.

All of these technique that i have applied so far will be discussed on my free course and you could get access to it, simply by submitting your name and email.

Be rest assured that your contacts will not be harm in any way. I guarantee you that.

Beside the free way of doing marketing, you could also use paid advertising that are highly targeted to your articles. In doing so, you would have more traffic to your article. Free and paid marketing is the preferred tactics used by many affiliates.

Last, it is important that you captured your audience before they hit the back button and never to see your articles ever again. By capturing your audience, you could perform some follow-ups. Statistics have shown that by performing follow-up, you could influence your audience into buying the product that you’re promoting greatly.

All these technique you can apply to your affiliate marketing strategy, simply by submitting your name and email.

Thats all, hoping to see you on the 2-week course!

Understanding the mind of the consumer

March 4th, 2010

An important aspect to take note for every affiliate marketer is to understand the mind of the consumer. In fact, it represent the fundamental aspect before a marketer makes a successful campaign that results high ROI (return of investment)

The 3 phase consumer

As a marketer, we must understand that consumers will not straight away pull out their credit cards before making a firm decision. In order to do this, consumers would research on the products that they are planning to buy and as a marketer, it is important to know the 3 different of phase a consumer would experience before making a purchase.

Research Phase:
Consumer are trying to learn more about the product before making a purchase. If you are targeting these group of consumer, there is high chance of you making low ROI. Consumer are not ready to pull out their credit card on a product thus you won’t be reaping the most profit.

Decision Phase:
In the decision phase, its hard to say how much profit you would be earning. Consumers have yet to make a firm decision on whether they should buy the product. However, consumers can be easily persuaded by reviews and personalized opinions of others. Thus, this is where you would want to come in. You would want to make articles out of the products that you are promoting and be sure to convince potential buyer who will visit your articles for your opinions.

Purchasing Action Plan Phase:
They are ready to make a purchase! You must capture these group of consumer as they will give you high ROI. Targeted keyword is a must to capture these group of consumer and more would be discussed in a few days to come.

In summary, it is important to understand the mind of the consumer. If you fail to do so, you are likely to have low ROI or end up losing time and money!

Review about myself

March 1st, 2010

Hello, this is Alan Ariff

To get started, let me have my say about myself. Well, i’m 20 years old from Singapore and currently waiting to be enlisted for National Service (NS) on the 8th of April. Honestly i can’t wait for NS as i’ll be meeting lots of new friends and not mentioning gain new experience within the course of 2 years.

Well, had a fair share of hardship at the beginning of the year. I remembered spending my first day of the year looking at vast sea for more than 5 hours. Not going into details but certainly it was the most crucial moment in my life. For once, i completely lost control of my emotion and just for a split second, i remembered my aim in life. I had to prove to myself and others that i can be someone one day. In order to make this ambition of mine into reality, i have to carry on living and face harsh obstacles. My Economic Teacher once told me that “what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger” and its been a year since she told me that sentence. I’ll certainly won’t forget this line!

Lastly, let me make a promise to you readers.

I’ll try best to keep on updating my site every week! Right now, i’m working on the 8-week course so won’t be updating the site much! I’m trying to package an content packed e-course for you guys to enjoy and at the same time teach myself the tactic that i applied to my affiliate marketing/

Anyway, i’m going to make a podcast tonight! Hope you guys will enjoyed it!
